Panforte is a famous confection from the 15th Century originating in Siena, Italy.  Our healthy and delicious version is made in the kitchens at the Savory Spoon in Door County, Wisconsin.  Our interpretation of Panforte uses the finest locally sourced cherries and honey, along with a variety of fruits and nuts - all delicately baked with just a touch of spice.  One tasteā€¦and you will see why it is a winner.

Cheese is ALIVE so we have to take special care of it.  Our cut-to-order cheeses are wrapped in a special two-ply film that helps to keep your cheese in great condition.  The outter layer keeps the proper level of humidity within the wrap, simulating a cheese cave and preserving the cheese as the cheesemaker intended.  The inner layer of protection. It allows the cheese to breathe while preventing moisture from accumulating on the surface, extending the life of the cheese.
